What an absolute gem. Hidden away in Pembroke Dock. Ran by volunteers. Easy to find, we visited on a very hot day, looking for some where to escape the heat for a bit. From the volunteer raking the leaves up to the ladies making the coffee everyone was politeful and very knowledgeable. We had our little dog Winnie with us who was allowed in and spoilt rotten with biscuits. There is so much to see from star wars to the fateful Erebus. Lovely little cafe selling cakes and drinks. Plus a brick a brac stall. I was in my element. Plus our ticket gives us entry for the year. Toilets are available,  which were clean and tidy.

Really interesting little gem tucked away in Pembroke Dock.  We wanted to visit the Erebus exhibition but hadn't been able to as only open Monday to Friday.  Took advantage of the Saturday opening last week and were really impressed.  The staff are knowledgeable but not pushy and the exhibits are fascinating.  Fingers crossed they do more weekend openings going forward as we arrived quite late and want to go back to have another look around.

We have lived close to the Heritage centre for 5 years but haven't been able to make it in so far. We were delighted to hear they were testing out Saturday openings, so we had to go visit! The centre is a great stop for anyone interested in the local area and the shipyard surrounding it. One of our main reasons to visit was the Erebus exhibition which is there for the next year. Beautifully done and some many fascinating details to see. Star Wars fans can also rejoice in the behind the scenes pictures of the Millenium Falcon being created right here too. A bargain few hours out £7 per adult and £4 per child 7-17 and unders 7s are free! Small children's area at the end right next to the coffee shop (which you can also visit without needing a ticket). They also have a little gift area too with some beautiful prints and pocket money souvenirs. The staff/volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly, they are wandering around to help where needed. So glad they are trialling the Saturday opening, well worth a visit!

All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and we had a personal guide around the centre which is stuffed to rafters with artifacts and information on the history of the docks. Fully recommend a visit and thank you all for such an enjoyable morning.
